Being first time home buyers, my husband and I were super nervous and worried we would miss something in the process, but John was able to make sure everything ran smoothly! John is a great Realtor to work with. After a few viewings he knew what we were looking for and listened to what we needed in a home. John is great with explaining the processes of buying/selling and communicating with the other agents. He is very prompt when answering any form of communication. John was wonderful to work with! He was on top of everything. Texted and called us back quickly. Answered any and all questions we had to ask. As first-time home buyers, he made the process so pleasant and easy. You can tell he really loves his job and does it to help people and not just profit from it. He was honest with us and heard our concerns and wants and helped us find the perfect fit for us. He has followed up with us afterwards, asking how we are doing and how things have been going with the house. We found John Ditore through Zillow. Oh, I know this was not the way to find a reputable realtor, but we clicked “find me a realtor” and boom, there was John. This turned out to be the greatest find for us! John walked us through buying our beautiful lodge on the Missouri River. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He still checks in from time to time to make sure we are doing well or need anything. Who does that? John does that. We highly recommend using John Ditore for all your real estate needs.
